Nature Delivers a Distinct Message in the Most Unique Way

by Pam Rennie

I had the most amazing experience while walking my dachshunds Oliver and Wiley.

We were on the sidewalk between our house and the neighbor’s house, standing still as they were sniffing the air in the most curious way as if something was going on.

There was distinct stillness in the air; birds chirping softly. I was reminded of one of my Mother’s favorite quotes, “It’s the calm before the storm.”

As I basked in this blissful moment, I looked towards the backyard onto the small lake behind our house. I was quite surprised by what I saw. I squinted in order to look harder because I could not believe my eyes. What I saw was rain drops softly falling all over the lake, yet where we stood there was not a single drop! I stood, still watching and waiting for the rain to come to us. It never did. This is not something we typically see here, rain on one side of the house and not the other.

I realized in that moment, I was in the experience, yet NOT part of the experience. Like the familiar quote:

Be in the world not of the world.

I smiled at this beautiful example right before me.

I was so pleased to be a part of this moment in nature and to be reminded that I intentionally created this in my life. Choosing to observe and allow rather than (re)act to situations.

How exactly do I accomplish this? Being grounded, centered and managing my energy is the best why I know how. This allows me to: Observe, Choose and Act, rather than RE-Act in situations.

What a difference this makes in my life.

As my gift to you I invite you to download two powerful energy tools for creating a Grounding Cord and The Rose. These new templates will empower and quip you to Observe, Choose and Act in brand new ways.

I welcome your comments and experiences.

Many Blessings
